The year is 1967. A quaint, idyllic Santa Monica neighborhood hides a chilling secret. The camera pans across manicured lawns, settling on the Higgins’ residence, where a raucous party is in full swing. Laughter and music abruptly cease as screams erupt from within. Young Annabelle Higgins, corrupted by a satanic cult, has returned home, leaving a trail of terror in her wake. In the ensuing chaos, Annabelle Wallis’s character, Mia Form, is caught in the crossfire, surviving a brutal attack but forever scarred. Annabelle Movie Storyline

In 1967, expectant parents Mia Form and John Form are plunged into a nightmare when their home is invaded by members of a satanic cult. After a violent encounter leaves their neighbor Sharon Higgins dead and Mia severely injured, the cultists, including Annabelle Higgins, are seemingly killed. However, a drop of Annabelle’s blood lands on Mia’s beloved vintage doll, a seemingly innocent gift from John. Soon, the doll, now named Annabelle, becomes a conduit for a malevolent entity.
