Whispers carried on the wind across the Carpathian peaks, tales of creatures called Ochi, beings of myth and shadow, feared and revered in equal measure. In a secluded village nestled amidst the ancient forests, young Yuri knew only fear, instilled by the village elder, Maxim, who spoke of the Ochi as dangerous beasts. But one fateful day, hidden amongst the whispering wheat fields, Yuri discovers a wounded baby Ochi, abandoned and helpless. Driven by a compassion she couldn’t deny, Yuri defies the warnings, her heart pulling her towards the creature. Leaving behind her home and her guardian, Dasha, she embarks on a perilous quest to return the baby Ochi to its kin. Unbeknownst to her, Yuri’s actions ignite an ancient conflict, and pursued by determined villagers including Ivan, she must navigate treacherous landscapes and confront long-held beliefs to protect the creature and uncover the true legend of the Ochi.
